We offer you the ability to lend your capital secured by real estate. You become the "mortgage company" for the funds we borrow.

Our company is managed by a team that has been working in the real estate market in Arizona for over 25 years.  The team includes members that have been real estate investors, real estate agents, lenders, builders and wholesalers.

OUR MISSION

We provide a way for Borrowers to enter the strong real estate market in Arizona by providing competitive asset based loans on residential and small commercial properties.  Asset based loans are loans that use real property as the collateral.  We provide these loans to Borrowers who need a short term solution to obtain their properties quickly and either hold, rehab or resell these properties.
