BOB GOMEZ
Bob Gomez has been investing in Real Estate for over 25 years. Bob began his full time investing by purchasing foreclosure properties, managed crews for rehabbing, and sold them retail for a profit. He has purchased and sold hundreds of single family residences in the Phoenix metro area. He has also purchased or developed and sold million dollar spec homes, multi-family andmanufactured home parks. Today Bob is a property wholesaler working with investors and many other wholesalers in the valley. He is also an managing member of McGram Funding, LLC specializing in private money (hard money) loans for investors.
Bob has been a featured speaker at numerous real estate events and organizations in the valley including the Phoenix Real Estate Club, Arizona Association of Real Estate Investors, Arizona School of Real Estate, Wholesale Internet TV, and KFNN Talk Radio. He is an active member of the Arizona Association of Real Estate Investors and is a member of the Arizona Association of Realtors and Scottsdale Association of Realtors. He hosts a Fix & Flip Investors Networking group for AZREIA with 50+ attendees monthly.
Bob was in sales and management with Xerox, Cisco Systems, and other technology companies for over 20 years. Bob is an Arizona native, with 4 children and 2 step-children. He has chaired several fund raising activities in support of local organizations such as St. Vincent de Paul, the Phoenix Boys Choir, Notre Dame Prep and Maggie’s Place. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing. Bob is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with West USA in Arizona.
